Her creations have appeared in Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Elle, VSD, L'Officiel, Gala, New York Times, New York Post, WWD, People magazine, and many other fashion publications around the world. Born and raised in Moscow, Soviet Union, she arrived in New York City in 1992 where she attended Parsons School of Design majoring in fashion design. In 1994 she united with a childhood friend to form ready-to-wear lable Ev & El. With its innovative ideas, cool design Ev & El? was an instant success. It took the world of fashion by storm and soon became the trendsetter of New York City openning boutique in SOHO. Following her success in New York, Elena Nazaroff accepted position of Creative director for the House of Jacques Fath, one of the oldest and most prestigious Couture Houses in Paris. Her vision brought a wind of change and new direction for the company, as well as world-wide acclaim for her inspiring expression of sensuality, beauty and style. Her outstanding designs, which so uniquely combined glamour and functionality, won her The Venus Award as Best New Designer in 1996 and a CFDA nomination as Best New Designer in 1997. In 1999, CNNFn named Elena Nazaroff one of the 25 most influential designers of the century. Elena Nazaroff is always updating the classical tradition of making clothes with the use of technology, the hand of the artisana, and the elements of nature, she aspires to reach the ultimate result where luxury and sensuality meet new age rock-n-roll chic. Elena Nazaroff private clients list included such names as; Artist formally known as Prince, Mariah Carey, Drew Barrymore, Ivanka Trump, Princess Anne De Bourbon, Princess Bent Khaled, Royal family of Morocco, Muriel Hemingway Corporate clients included; Rive Blue denim, Sign design, Antik Denim, Eternal Source, Cirque de Soleil, Zac Posen, television shows Melrose Place and Beverly Hills 90210.   In 2015 Elena created an innovative travel accessory which transforms existing shoes into new, different pairs, Shoeapps ( EU patent pending) is a sustainable product that combines Elena's love for luxury and sustainability. Shoeapps are handmade in Europe using remnants of luxury materials left from manufacturing of highend brands.
